Delivery & Returns
Please advise at the time of ordering when you require your goods and we’ll have the order allocated ready for dispatch. We use our own fleet of vehicles for maximum care over our customers' orders, but we can use an overnight courier for urgent deliveries.
Payment can be made against your credit account subject to acceptance, paid by cash or cheque on delivery (established customers only), or alternatively we accept all major credit/debit cards. To apply for a credit account please complete our online Trade Application Form or call one of our accounts team and we will email or fax you the necessary forms. We’ll often give you a credit limit decision on the same day. For more information please call 01253 345588.
- FREE Deliveries within our distribution area (to your business address or warehouse where applicable).
- Minimum order value £100. Orders under this amount are subject to a £10 small order charge.
- Doorstep deliveries to home or site address - £25 charge.
- Express Next Day Delivery - £10 charge (2kg and under), £15 charge (up to 20kg), heavier items calculated accordingly.
- Restocking charges - 20% on items over £100, £20 minimum stocking charge. Worktops will incur a 25% restocking charge. All returned items must be in perfect condition and in original packaging.
